A performance made in 2018 by The Local Group to travel to six harbours in ten days around rural Sligo, Derry and Donegal during the most beautiful summer in years. Foyle Punt told the story of boatbuilder Philip McDonald who works in his family business in Greencastle, in the far north east of Donegal.
Performed by Philip, singer and songwriter Farah Elle, musician and storyteller Little John Nee, and visual artist and chef Jenny Moran.
The first official production by The Local Group – though in reality we were the same creative team as for She Knit The Roof.
